What are the main objectives of your organisation?
- refurbish furniture and white goods so that quality items are available to families with limited income
- revive communities by removing unwanted items, reducing landfill and retraining people with new skills.
What is unique about your organisation?
The accredited training programme that we are developed in partnership with a local prison to offer offenders and ex-offenders the opportunity to build their confidence and skills, increasing their chances of finding employment.
What were the biggest challenges you had to face?
The merger with a local white-goods recycling charity at the same time as moving to new premises

Diversifying our funding base
Developing a strong relationship with the local prison and local authority
Creating a shared and strong identity as a newly merged organisation

Develop a strong partnership of furniture re-use organisations within Wiltshire to deliver an accredited training programme for prisons in the area
