An excellent opportunity has arisen within our organisation, based in Bristol. This is a rewarding position that supports the growth of voluntary and community organisations nationally, enabling them to alleviate poverty for low income households and reduce household waste within their communities. More fundamentally, this role will raise the profile of our policy-changing, commercial and market development activities on behalf of our member charities and will ensure that via effective marketing and communications activity, social profit is placed firmly at the forefront of our future campaigns.
Your main responsibilities are to ensure that an integrated communications strategy is implemented across the FRN and the membership network, and that the work of not only the FRN but the re-use sector as a whole is promoted by a variety of communication and marketing methods and tools.
You need to be a quick, sharp writer of copy, press releases and website content; be able to nurture and maintain excellent media contacts; be an effective social media communicator and possess strong skills in communications and design.
Salary: up to £26,000
