Notification of FRN Annual General Meeting – 31st January 2018

Colmore Gate Building, 6 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2QX

In line with the memorandum and articles of association of the FRN, the Annual General Meeting of the FRN will take place Colmore Gate Building, 6 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2QX, from 10.00am on 31st January 2018.

The AGMs for both Furniture Re-use Network and FRN Enterprises will take place in the morning and will be followed by presentations and discussions concerning the future strategy and opportunities for the sector. There will also be opportunity for networking other reusers over lunch and at the end of the day.

The agendas for the AGMs themselves are covered in the attached notification letter. The day will start at 10.00 am with coffees and refreshments, lunch will be served after AGMs and we will aim to finish at approximately 1pm.

We are looking to fill one place on the Board this year and would warmly welcome new trustees and directors to help support the organisation and the sector as a whole. We hope to encourage more diversity onto the board so that it is fully demonstrative of society and the FRN membership.
